SHELBY BROWN MORRIS

As the founder of Morris Creative Group, Shelby brings her 23 years of Marketing experience to her clients and partners. She has proven to be extremely beneficial by producing creative ideas and solutions that save both time and money. She is a project management expert and maintains excellent creative and strategic communication skills. Shelby is a forward thinker and a compassionate leader that is driven to help others succeed. Bringing her National expertise to those she works with, Group, Shelby has the knowledge and resources to fully execute your vision and your plan.

Shelby understands the logistics of differentiation in the marketplace and to help you recognize your unique differentiators. You may not see them; however, she will. Shelby will assist your team and strategically guide all of your internal and external communication initiatives including marketing, brand development, advertising, employee communications, public relations, and support business development. A native of Wyoming, her motto is to “GIT-R-DONE”.

JUDY WONG

Judy serves as our Executive Vice President and brings over 20 years of experience in the Construction Marketing industry. Judy holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University. She has experience in all facets of the industry, from Marketing and Preconstruction to Field Operations. She started her career as the Director of Marketing for a multi-million-dollar construction firm. With her creative expertise and Marketing skills, Judy helped grow their business and secure contracts by fostering long-term relationships, developing and implementing a strategic marketing plan, and identifying/researching new markets to target.

Wanting to know more about the in’s and out’s of the Construction Industry, Judy decided to further her career by gaining knowledge of the Preconstruction side of the business. In that role, Judy worked with the Estimating team preparing cost estimates at various stages of design while working with Architects and Owners to ensure budgets were achieved. With a desire to continue growing, Judy then turned her focus to the Operations side and became a Project Manager. In this capacity, she managed multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on interior tenant build-outs. She worked closely with the local subcontractor market, the design team, and the Client, ensuring project needs were met. Her expert knowledge and innovative Construction Marketing and Operations background will provide our clients to reach their goals.

Judy and Shelby have known each other for 18 years and, together, bring a unique perspective to each client’s needs. They will develop a clear brand message for you after understanding the direction and impact you want to make in the marketplace.

LISA PAULLY

Lisa has over 20 years of working as a graphic designer for national corporations. Her ability to take a thought or vision, and executive graphically, truly is a gift. Her services include design services for logos, product and company branding, infographics, ads, tradeshow displays, events, greeting cards, and invitations. She is always at the top when clients are looking for a fresh and attention-getting marketing campaign.
